They were a sponsor for the Petty Enterprises.

The original Petty Enterprises showroom plate us included with car as are two original "Hemi 1" and one 1974 "Bird" plate all on the car at one time. The original 1974 title is included, prior to 1974 the car was titled on the original owner's mothers name as he was too young to have a title then. On January 4, 1971 the owner was playing hookey from school and was ticketed for "Failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision" and damaged the nose. Unable to get one from the dealer, he contacted Petty and got a nose from him. His nose is on the car and has two spoiler mounting nuts, one original and one for the Nascar chin spoiler.
